Green Chef, a leader in home food delivery that delivers certified organic meals weekly, wanted to move beyond display advertising to boost brand awareness and increase subscriptions through social channels. SteelHouse partnered with Green Chef to run Facebook and Instagram video campaigns (Facebook Video/social video) aimed at driving awareness and signups.
SteelHouse targeted three audience segments with two sound-off creative videos (15s and 30s) optimized for conversions and paired with a $50-off first-order offer; the campaign ran across Facebook and Instagram. The SteelHouse-led video strategy produced a 5.75x higher CTR vs. display, a 126% uplift in ROAS, a 38% increase in click ROAS, and lowered CPA by 36% (click CPA down 27%), after which Green Chef doubled its video budget.
