eCommerce Gift Card Retailer engaged SteelHouse to efficiently drive site traffic and maximize ROAS by reaching consumers when and where they were watching. The retailer’s goal was to find and convert in‑market users, so SteelHouse deployed Connected TV with Audience Extension to prospect new audiences and boost conversions.
SteelHouse used contextual targeting with third‑party in‑market segments plus geolocation, network and device optimization, excluded prior 12‑month visitors, and served ads across premium CTV/OTT publishers; their proprietary Audience Extension then served display ads to viewers who saw the CTV creative. The campaign delivered over a 7:1 ROAS, reached 3.5M+ viewers, drove 200,453 site visits and 700,116 page views (1.08% visit rate, 5.71% visit rate by user), with a ~98% video completion rate and a CPA of $60.23, substantially outperforming traditional display retargeting.
