A Stats Perform Case Study

Preview of the Capgemini Case Study

Capgemini boosts Gen Z brand affinity by 49% with Stats Perform

The customer, Capgemini, a principal partner of the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025, faced the challenge of accelerating momentum for the women's game by transforming complex live match data into clear, compelling insights to better engage a growing and diversifying global fan base. Partnering with vendor Stats Perform and using their Opta data and services, they aimed to make the sport more accessible and deepen fan connection.

Stats Perform implemented TryZone IQ, an AI-powered campaign that used generative AI to turn live Opta match data into real-time insights distributed via broadcast, digital, and social channels. The solution delivered 1,521 insights, powered a digital Match Centre that generated 1.18 million impressions, and helped make the tournament the second-biggest Rugby World Cup ever on digital. For Capgemini, the campaign drove a 29% uplift in brand awareness and a 49% uplift in brand affinity among Gen Z.
