Slovak University of Agriculture - Customer Case Study

The Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra (Faculty of Agrobiology and Food Resources) faced growing demands to publish high-quality agrobiological research but found Microsoft Excel inadequate for rigorous academic analysis, teaching, and publication. The faculty needed a user-friendly, budget-conscious statistical tool that supported Slovak/Czech language and could be used both in research and classroom training.

They chose STATISTICA Advanced, which was installed in one day and accompanied by customized training for 40 participants from four faculties. The software has improved students’ and researchers’ ability to analyze experimental data, will be rolled out more broadly—including to PhD programs—and the university is considering multi‑license deployment to further raise the quality and competitiveness of its scientific work.
