StatSoft’s STATISTICA (Data Miner, SAL and Standard) was implemented with minimal external support, including training and model development. The solution automates scoring from internal data, produces likelihood estimates for successful collection, uncovers new process linkages that improved expert rules, and delivered faster, more informed decisions and reporting—leaving EOS KSI satisfied with both the results and vendor support.
