Atlantic Wireless, a U.S. Cellular retail operator with 16 stores in North Carolina and Missouri, wanted to be more innovative than other wireless retailers and improve how it served customers during a challenging period. Statflo helped Atlantic Wireless move customers to other stores when one location closed temporarily, avoid overstaffing, and reduce wait times, enabling the company to outperform peers while still serving its community.
