Logos Data Services moves to hyperconvergence with StarWind getting rid of the bulk of outdated hardware

Logos Data Services, a U.S. provider of outsourced IT and consulting for small and medium-sized businesses, faced an aging infrastructure of Dell EqualLogic SANs and PowerEdge servers running VMware ESXi. Outdated hardware and expired support warranties exposed the company to higher risk of failures, data loss, security gaps and reduced productivity, making a modern, supported environment a priority.

Logos deployed StarWind Virtual SAN on its existing VMware ESXi hosts, consolidating multiple SANs and ESXi servers into two hyperconverged nodes. The move delivered high availability and fault tolerance, improved performance, and cut capital and operational costs by roughly half, providing an affordable, enterprise-grade platform for SMBs.
