Diaflor Technologies is a Romanian HORECA company that provides professional assistance in opening restaurant establishments. Its IT ran on two bare‑metal servers with Cisco switches and an NGFW router, leaving the environment inflexible and costly; the company needed shared storage to create a failover cluster and enable virtualization but could not afford dedicated storage.
