Case Study: Globant achieves cultural transformation in Lima with StarMeUp

A StarMeUp Case Study

Preview of the Globant Case Study

How do you best ignite cultural transformation?

Globant's Lima office was facing significant cultural challenges, including low employee motivation and a weak connection to the company's core values, which were exacerbated by the pending acquisition of a much larger local firm, Belatrix. To successfully integrate the new employees, the vendor StarMeUp needed to help Globant first ignite a rapid cultural transformation and strengthen its own internal ecosystem in Peru.

The solution implemented by StarMeUp involved appointing a dedicated cultural ambassador and leveraging its own technology platform, StarMeUp OS. This cultural operating system used recognition and a social network called BeThere to drive positive interactions and make employees feel more connected. As a result, the Lima office underwent a dramatic transformation in just three months, becoming an attractive, innovative site with a high level of commitment that drew the attention and visit of Globant's global leadership team.
