Teddy Lab Partners with STARLIMS to Better Serve Clinical Research and Medical Testing Globally

Teddy Lab, a rapidly growing clinical research and medical testing laboratory in China, faced limits from a customized legacy LIMS that could not keep pace with expanding services, complex sample lifecycles, or stringent regulatory requirements. After market research, Teddy Lab selected STARLIMS and its web-based LIMS platform (including the STARLIMS Biorepository module) to modernize data management, compliance, and laboratory workflows.

STARLIMS implemented a centralized, ALCOA+-aligned LIMS with full lifecycle sample management, electronic audit trails and e-signatures, configurable workflow tools, and automation features to enable paperless operations. As a result, Teddy Lab now has recoverable, searchable and traceable data, end-to-end sample traceability, faster turnaround (including support for same‑day reporting where required), reduced manual steps and errors, improved productivity and easier audit response — all delivered through the STARLIMS solution.
