Elypta Accelerates R&D for Cancer Detection with the Labstep ELN from STARLIMS

Elypta, a clinical‑sample‑driven cancer detection R&D company, struggled to scale manual sample tracking and to analyze multiple large sample lists simultaneously. To centralize and modernize its research platform, Elypta adopted the Labstep ELN from STARLIMS as a cloud‑based solution to manage growing numbers of clinical samples and ensure consistent processes across teams.

STARLIMS implemented Labstep ELN to provide a standardized sample cataloguing structure, secure traceability of edits, easy import/export for instrument and software integration, and the ability to add studies of 10–1,000s of samples. As a result STARLIMS helped Elypta achieve enhanced data integrity and security, streamlined access to knowledge, consistent processes across studies, tools integration, and the ability to collect and catalogue thousands of samples for faster R&D workflows.
