DuPont Consolidates R&D Laboratory Testing with STARLIMS

DuPont faced a fragmented R&D testing ecosystem after mergers and business-unit growth left labs using disparate legacy systems and manual processes. To consolidate, standardize, and modernize laboratory workflows and data management, DuPont partnered with STARLIMS (with implementation support from CSols) and selected the STARLIMS Quality Manufacturing Informatics Platform including LIMS, SDMS, and Advanced Analytics.

STARLIMS implemented a centralized, configurable platform that automated sample and data workflows, improved instrument connectivity, and enabled searchable, secure data access. The rollout expanded from two pilot R&D analytical labs to six labs with further expansion planned, delivering measurable gains in productivity, fewer redundant experiments, stronger global collaboration, centralized automated data management, and improved IP protection.
