SMPS Indiana - Customer Case Study

SMPS Indiana, a local chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services, faced the ongoing challenge of keeping members engaged, onboarding newcomers effectively, and delivering high-value professional programs while managing event logistics and feedback.
