PMI Dallas, the local chapter of the Project Management Institute, needed a way to consistently engage and onboard new members, coordinate volunteers, and manage a heavy calendar of programs and large events. With dozens of activities—from networking dinners and training to awards and student outreach—the chapter needed a central platform to handle registrations, communications, and volunteer matching while supporting growth.
