Case Study: NAIFA Nebraska achieves increased member engagement and event success with StarChapter

NAIFA Nebraska - Customer Case Study

NAIFA‑Nebraska is the state chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, representing roughly 1,000 insurance and financial professionals. The chapter wanted to strengthen new‑member engagement, modernize its digital presence, and reinvigorate events and member benefits as part of a broader organizational “reinvention.”

To accomplish this, NAIFA‑Nebraska contracted with StarChapter and launched a new website in April 2017, adopted a multi‑touch onboarding strategy (recognition, mentoring, benefit‑matching) and used StarChapter’s tools to promote events and target member communications. The results included a highly successful Nebraska Insurance Leaders Forum (400+ attendees, 40+ sponsors), strong member response to new programs, and sustained momentum into 2018.
