ACFE - Des Moines - Customer Case Study

The Des Moines Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is a nonprofit professional group of investigators, auditors, law enforcement and finance professionals that wanted to reorganize and grow its membership while reducing administrative overhead. The chapter needed a better way to manage applications, meetings and dues so volunteers could focus on member value and outreach.

By launching a new StarChapter website, the chapter added online membership applications, event registration and automated dues/fee collection. The streamlined workflow freed board time, improved outreach (including a joint meeting with the IIA featuring an FBI special agent), and set the chapter up for a successful membership drive and ongoing expansion.
