The Village, a WesleyLife community, a large continuing care retirement community in Iowa, needed to upgrade its existing emergency call system to better support the safety and independence of its 200+ residents across its 37-acre campus. They sought a solution from STANLEY Healthcare to enhance staff response, improve operational efficiency, and provide integrated wander management.

STANLEY Healthcare implemented its Arial 9 Wireless Emergency Call Solution and RoamAlert Wander Management Technology. The results included enhanced ease of use and intuitive reporting for staff, automatic push notifications to leadership for better visibility into response times, and significant time savings from new self-service features.
