CashFlows Gains Vital Insights and Improves Compliance Monitoring with StandardFusion

CashFlows, a UK-based payment solutions provider regulated by the FCA and a principal member of Visa and Mastercard, struggled with a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tool that was not user-friendly and failed to surface the most relevant risks or provide adequate reporting and dashboards. Seeking a better fit after finding ZenGRC cost‑prohibitive, CashFlows evaluated and selected StandardFusion’s GRC platform, including its Risk Register and built‑in regulatory content.

StandardFusion implemented a proof‑of‑concept using CashFlows’ own data, quickly importing the Risk Register, adding controls for PCI DSS and ISO 27001, and enabling vendor and third‑party management (including automated questionnaires) and a Jira integration. With StandardFusion’s templates, asset/threat libraries and customer success support, CashFlows achieved improved compliance monitoring, streamlined vendor audits and more effective risk‑to‑control visibility across the organization.
