Texas Education Agency launches accessible, multilingual STAAR site with Standard Beagle Studio in 5 years

The Texas Education Agency needed an online platform to help parents, teachers, and administrators find and interpret student STAAR exam results, as their existing website was complex and difficult to navigate. Standard Beagle Studio provided website development services as a sub-vendor to address this challenge.

Standard Beagle Studio implemented the agency's design using Jekyll, CSS, and JavaScript to create a multi-lingual and accessible website. The solution was fully translated into Spanish and nine other languages and was built to meet strict WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility requirements, making it accessible to the vast number of Texas residents who communicate in a language other than English.
