Texas A&M AgriLife Replaces Postage Meters with Stamps.com Enterprise Across its Network of offices to Streamline Business Operations

Texas A&M AgriLife, part of the Texas A&M University System, administers agriculture, natural resources and life sciences programs through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, AgriLife Extension, AgriLife Research, the Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Lab and the Texas Forest Service, with offices in all 254 Texas counties and 12 districts. The organization relied on postage meters to send thousands of items monthly, but meters lacked the reporting and visibility district managers needed to track postage spend and accurately budget.

In 2008 AgriLife implemented Stamps.com Enterprise with a White Glove Roll-Out and dedicated account representatives. The solution provided centralized, timely reporting and user-level visibility across all offices, delivering significant time savings, tighter control of billing and budgets, seamless transition from meters, and added features such as certified mail, package insurance and discounted Priority services.
