Everything Princesses, part of Everything Imagination, is an online retailer of princess-themed clothing, gifts and party supplies for children ages 2–10. Facilities and Shipping Manager Michael Wasserman spent most of his time on a cumbersome seven-step manual order process in X-Cart—fulfilling inventory, typing addresses, guessing weights, printing labels, entering tracking and scheduling pickups—which was slow and error-prone.

Everything Imagination integrated Stamps.com with X-Cart; after about ten minutes of training Michael cut order-processing time roughly in half. The integration automates weighing and address verification, prints labels, sends tracking emails to customers, reduces support requests and errors, and freed up Michael to improve fulfillment—helping boost revenue and prompting plans to roll the solution out to other sites.
