Stampli centralized invoice and compliance documents, synced invoice coding and payment data with QuickBooks Desktop, and linked subcontractor invoices directly to client bills, enabling faster approvals and clearer subcontractor communication through Stampli’s vendor portal. As a result, Nationwide now pays subcontractors about 2X faster—reducing average payment terms to Net 20—and bills clients roughly 75% faster, while improving compliance visibility and reducing inquiry volume.
