Kiva Confections, which processes about 650 vendor invoices per month, struggled with manual AP workflows—receiving invoices by email, sorting them into Gmail folders, and importing attachments into Intacct—leading to poor invoice visibility, scattered communications, duplicate risk, and late payments. To streamline AP and give the finance team better spend visibility for budgeting, Kiva evaluated options and selected Stampli.
Stampli was quickly integrated with Intacct to automate invoice capture, approvals, coding, and in-app communications, giving approvers self-service visibility and automated reminders. As a result, Stampli helped Kiva shorten the invoice lifecycle from 10–15 days to 2 days (6X faster), double AP productivity so one person can now process all invoices, deliver 100% invoice-status visibility, and reduce errors and late payments.
