Family Allergy and Asthma, a multi-clinic allergy and immunology practice, struggled with no visibility into accounts payable: about 400 invoices arrived by mail each month, were hand‑coded and routed manually, and the controller feared late payments and poor cash‑flow planning. To address this, Controller Zach Kulow chose Stampli’s AP automation platform with an Intacct integration to give the finance team end-to-end invoice visibility and faster approvals.

Stampli was implemented in about one day, connected to Sage Intacct via API, and 15 approvers were trained to use the platform. As a result, Family Allergy and Asthma now gets invoices into Intacct in one day (down from 10), reduced the invoice lifecycle by 70% (from 10 to 3 days), processes 100% of invoices through Stampli, uses AI to catch duplicates, and achieves faster approvals for 400 invoices per month—improving cash‑flow management and enabling remote workflows.
