Baltic Børn, a women’s apparel brand, faced significant challenges competing against global brands in the highly competitive online retail space, with a majority of clothing purchases still happening offline. To overcome this and acquire customers for its ecommerce store, it partnered with Stamped to leverage the power of reviews and loyalty programs.
Using Stamped's Reviews and Loyalty products, Baltic Børn incentivized customers to leave reviews and engage with the brand, collecting over 80,000 reviews to build trust and transparency. The results were substantial, including 46.1% of total revenue from repeat customers, over 40 million reward points redeemed, and more than 2,000 orders attributed directly to its photo review widget, demonstrating significant growth.
