National Health Carrier Company sought to boost customer satisfaction in underperforming markets after standard NPS surveys showed declining scores but failed to explain the cause. They engaged STAMP, deploying its assessment dashboards to analyze performance at scale across their markets.
STAMP produced dashboards for each of the company's 1,200 employer clients and 500 channel partners, identifying that a few partner companies had product deficiencies and many account managers lacked consultative skills. Using STAMP’s insights, the carrier refined product offerings, retrained and rehired account managers, and as a result saw NPS rise 20 points, retention increase 7%, and performance level out across all regions.
