With Staffing Referrals integrated into Diversant’s JobDiva ATS, new referrals were automatically routed to recruiters, entered into the system, and made visible to candidates and ambassadors for status updates and bonus payouts. The result was strong measurable impact: Diversant reported a 40:1 ROI after the first year, generating 50 times more margin from referred placements than the cost of the software, and placing referred and redeployed candidates three to four times more successfully than candidates sourced from job boards.
