Quinto, a staff provider in Antwerp, Belgium, needed a better way to plan assignments for its staff. Its planners were spending too much time on the phone and using tables and lists to manage scheduling, so the company looked for a more efficient tool and chose Staffcloud, including its app-based scheduling and time-tracking features.

With Staffcloud, Quinto centralized assignment applications and allocation, and used live time tracking with QR code scanning to support large-scale jobs. The transition was quick: after one month of migration and training, all scheduling was done in Staffcloud, and an integration with Expresso further automated payroll processes. Today, 80 to 90 percent of Quinto’s roughly 700 staff members use the app regularly, and the company is ready to schedule events with up to 500 employees.
