EVZ Gastro, the stadium catering operator at Bosshard Arena in Zug, needed a better way to plan and coordinate a growing pool of temporary staff across matchdays and events. Before using Staffcloud, staffing was handled in a more fragmented and uncertain way, making last-minute planning difficult and limiting growth in the catering business.

With Staffcloud’s staff planning, employee app, recruiting, and related functions, EVZ Gastro centralized planning, duplicated recurring event setups, and created a dedicated planning office to manage recruitment and scheduling. The result was greater planning certainty, better employee communication, and the ability to launch new business areas like the Fondue Chalet quickly and profitably. Lukas Marcinowski said Staffcloud helped make the recent growth in the catering sector possible, and EVZ Gastro now delegates around 130 temporary staff on busy game days.
