UK Government Investments (UKGI), the government’s centre of excellence for corporate governance and corporate finance, was using siloed Word documents and emails to manage performance reviews. The new system replaced manual administration with a more confidential, self-service process, made reviews quicker and easier for managers and employees, and brought all data into one report for a clearer overall view.
