Believe Housing, one of the largest housing associations in the North East of England, wanted to move from transactional to transformational HR as it updated its corporate strategy. The organisation needed a flexible performance management solution to support a dispersed workforce of office staff and field operatives, improve objective tracking, align employee behaviours with company values, and provide better visibility of development and engagement.
