Climate 17 is an international renewable energy and sustainability recruitment firm focused on helping organisations reduce their environmental footprint and support decarbonisation. As they worked toward B Corp certification and navigated a merger, they needed a better way to improve employee processes, communication, and documentation. The company achieved B Corp certification in around seven months and scored 117.6 points in the Workers category, well above the 80-point threshold.
