Company Culture Is Now Reflected in an Employee App

Hilton, one of the world’s largest hotel chains, faced a communication challenge in its Austria cluster of four hotels and more than 650 employees, many of whom are not desk-based and do not have individual email accounts. To improve internal communication across departments and share both general and targeted information, Hilton turned to Staffbase and its employee app solution.

Staffbase implemented the HFEX employee app to help Hilton reach staff anytime and anywhere, supporting better internal communication and a stronger employee experience. The company’s goal is to reach 100% of the workforce, and while no specific numeric performance gains are given, Hilton expects the app to improve both employee experience and customer experience by making communication more accessible and timely.
