TradeWinds Islands Resorts, the largest full-service destination resort in Florida, needed a better way to connect its fast-growing workforce and reduce the “siloed” communications that made it hard for employees to find information and share what was happening across the company. Staffbase provided the TW Way internal communications app to support employee engagement, improve access to information, and strengthen workplace culture.
With Staffbase’s employee app in place, TradeWinds achieved 98.1% adoption and 55% weekly usage, while employee engagement survey scores rose three points in every category. The app also helped support safety reporting, leadership communication through the “Ask Keith” channel, and a more positive, connected culture overall, contributing to TradeWinds being named one of the Tampa Bay area’s best places to work for the second year in a row.
