Sopwell House, a luxury 4-star Georgian country hotel in St Albans and part of AB Hotels Ltd, wanted to improve its employee benefits package for 211 staff. The goal was to strengthen retention, attract high-caliber talent, and boost morale and engagement across a workforce with varied shifts and working patterns. Staff Treats was selected to provide a solution that could support these needs with accessible savings for employees.

Staff Treats delivered a bespoke, fully branded discount and engagement platform with access to more than 3,000 exclusive discounts, cashback offers, instant e-vouchers, travel deals, and a telephone concierge service. Since launch in April 2019, the platform has achieved over 40% uptake among employees, with usage continuing to grow and popular offers including Cineworld, Adidas, Odeon, Apple, and Marks and Spencer. Sopwell House reported improved employee engagement, motivation, productivity, and performance as a result.
