KidZania, the indoor city entertainment brand for children, needed a cost-effective employee benefits solution to help motivate a diverse workforce of more than 350 full-time and flexible staff while also supporting retention and recruitment. With a young UK operation and a need to offer a compelling package, the company looked for an employee benefits platform that could fit its headcount and appeal across different income levels.

KidZania chose Staff Treats for its strong discount offering, suitable cost bracket, and support with employee engagement, using the platform to give staff access to over 3,000 discounts for just £4 per employee. Since launching in November 2017, the scheme has delivered over 240 registered users and more than 65% engagement, with staff regularly using the vouchers on the go at shops, cinemas, and supermarkets.
