Salesforce, a cloud-based software company, sought a global gifting solution to provide snack gifts as "thinking-fuel" for attendees of its virtual bootcamp and conference. Their challenge involved a long internal payment process, so they needed a vendor, Stadium, that could handle worldwide shipping and, crucially, allow them to preload funds for multiple future events in advance.
Stadium solved this by utilizing its SnackMagic service and unique Stadium Wallet feature, which enabled preloading the account for seamless ordering. They successfully gifted snack stashes to 443 attendees across three countries, achieving a 71.56% redemption rate and providing much-needed fuel for the event, all while setting Salesforce up for future 2023 events.
