Springfree Trampoline Connects UGC to Purchase

Springfree Trampoline, a maker of residential trampolines, relies on authentic customer photos as “visual reviews” to influence buying decisions. The company needed a better way to aggregate and display user-generated content across channels, shorten the path to purchase, and deepen customer loyalty by surfacing real owners’ experiences on product pages and the homepage.

Springfree implemented Stackla (Visual UGC by Nosto), deploying constantly updated galleries and tagging products in images with ShopSpots so visitors can get info and buy directly from photos. The setup took only a couple of days, made it easier to collect content from multiple social platforms, improved trust and conversion by showing real-life use, and set the stage for in-store displays and future geo‑fenced, locally relevant content to boost engagement.
