The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), a collection of 400+ unique hotels in over 80 countries, faced the challenge of sourcing vast amounts of relevant visual content for hundreds of webpages, ads and emails. To supplement branded assets and inspire bookings with authentic imagery, LHW set out to leverage the thousands of high-quality guest photos being shared daily and selected Stackla for its forward‑looking AI-powered UGC platform.
LHW implemented a two‑pronged roadmap to aggregate, curate and publish guest content—launching a Trending Moments homepage feature, a dedicated UGC page and ShopSpots that link images directly to hotel booking pages. Since going live, visitors who interact with UGC spend three times longer on site; Stackla’s Co‑Pilot AI helps surface ~2,000 top posts from roughly 10,000 monthly uploads and cuts curation time by about 33%; and integrated analytics make it easy to track clicks and conversions as LHW scales UGC into email, ads and onsite displays.
