Kathmandu Creates Shoppable Online Lookbook with Stackla

Kathmandu, the New Zealand outdoor retailer, wanted to launch its Winter 2017 collection with a fully responsive digital lookbook that would showcase products in real-world travel scenarios and go beyond a standard product page. To do this, Kathmandu turned to Stackla and its Visual UGC platform to help create an interactive online experience.

Using Stackla widgets within its SilverStripe CMS, Kathmandu built custom templates and added shoppable content with Stackla ShopSpots, avoiding extra software and speeding up production. The result was a more engaging lookbook that shortened the path to purchase: visitors to the lookbook viewed 32% more pages and had session durations 44% higher than average.
