Hamilton Island, one of Australia’s premier holiday destinations, attracts tens of thousands of Instagram followers and receives roughly 4,500 hashtagged posts a month. The team wanted to harness that authentic guest content without losing the element of surprise for future visitors, so they needed a way to centralize and showcase user-generated content (UGC) across their marketing and website.
