Greater Palm Springs CVB, the destination marketing organization for nine cities in Southern California, sits on a treasure trove of Instagram-ready user photos—from pink doors to poolside moments. The team needed a scalable way to surface that UGC, secure usage rights quickly and legally, and stop wasting staff hours on endless manual searches.

They implemented Stackla (with Simpleview) to automate rights requests, aggregate tagged content and build rights-managed galleries (15+ pages) that integrate with their Barberstock DAM. The result: pages with UGC saw a 209% increase in average session duration, 141% more pages per session and a 66% drop in bounce rate; Eat & Drink pages with UGC saw an 81% increase in session duration, 51% more pages per session and a 65% reduction in bounce—along with markedly higher engagement from users who interacted with the galleries.
