Busabout, a Hop-on Hop-off tour operator popular with Millennials and Gen Z that runs routes to 47 European destinations, needed to better showcase the social, experience-rich nature of its trips, raise brand awareness in new markets, and increase website interaction and user-generated content using the #Busabout tag.

Working with Stackla, Busabout built an interactive, rights-managed UGC map and redesigned its site and print collateral to feature authentic traveller photos. The UGC-first approach cut content creation costs by about 65%, drove a 72% rise in Hop-on Hop-off pageviews (and a 39% increase in time on page) within six months, helped direct web bookings jump 33% in the UK, and grew #Busabout to 40K posts (≈350% growth).
