Age UK, a charity that helps people make the most of later life, needed an online destination to extend a TV campaign into an ongoing conversation. The organisation wanted to combine official information with real public stories, encourage social sharing of personal experiences after a TV ad featuring a Roger McGough poem, and drive donations and email newsletter signups.
Age UK used Stackla to build the “Love Later Life” social hub, aggregating social posts, Age UK content and celebrity support into a single feed with custom tiles and story-level donation/newsletter buttons. The hub extended the TV campaign into sustained engagement, showcased inspiring real-life stories and helped drive donations and newsletter signups.
