Hearts of Hope Network is a 501(c) nonprofit that supports families of critically ill children. The team needed a better way to communicate and coordinate with beneficiaries, but the tools they considered were not well suited to their unique nonprofit needs and would have been too expensive to customize. They turned to Stacker to build a client portal that could work with their existing Airtable-based operations.

With Stacker, Hearts of Hope Network created a customizable portal for families to log in, update contact and family member information, submit expenses, apply for financial grants, and track grant status. Stacker also allowed the nonprofit to keep using Airtable without interrupting existing processes or risking data loss. The organization has supported 100+ families and 450+ family members, and the portal has helped streamline communication and support.
