A Stacker Case Study

Spedal's riders get their zero-waste delivery jobs through Stacker

Spedal, a London-based courier bike service focused on zero-waste deliveries and collections, needed a fast way to prove its business model and operate without spending heavily on custom code. As an early-stage company, it was initially managing orders in Google Sheets and manually texting riders with delivery details.

Using Stacker, Spedal built two apps on top of Airtable: a customer portal and a riders app. With Stacker, customers can place and track orders, while riders can manage shifts, log job start/end times, and upload delivery photos. Spedal says it has been able to scale to its current level and prove market demand, noting there would be “absolutely no way” to run at that scale without Stacker.
