A tailor-made tool for handling applications

TED’s Fellows team, part of The TED, needed a better way to manage and review thousands of applications for its global fellowship program. Before Stacker, the team relied on a custom-built platform that wasn’t designed for application processing, plus numerous Google Docs, making the workflow cumbersome and hard to manage.

Stacker provided a secure, flexible client portal that became the team’s one-stop shop for the entire applicant review process. With Stacker, TED could funnel all applicant data, forms, and surveys into one place, streamline reviewer access and scoring, and give each team member back about 8 hours per week.
