Meow Wolf, an immersive arts and entertainment company, needed a better way to manage artist proposals, design, and installation workflows across its projects. Before using Stacker, the team handled request-for-proposals through emails and PDFs, which made information hard to organize and overwhelmed artists with too much to track.

Meow Wolf implemented a Stacker client portal to guide artists through each project phase, share information at the right time, and automatically distribute anonymous Q&A during the application period to ensure fairness. With Stacker, the team improved internal organization and scaled its artist management process, with Jessie Kelley saying the biggest impact was the ability to scale up and that “the sky is the limit.”
