The Variable, a full-service agency, needed a programmatic partner to reach a niche audience and drive visits to a financial-services client’s brick-and-mortar stores during a period of store closures. They engaged StackAdapt’s programmatic platform and multi-channel capabilities (CTV/OTT, video, display)—including StackAdapt’s Conversion Journey tool and foot-traffic attribution—to address both upper- and lower-funnel goals.
Using StackAdapt, The Variable deployed a full-funnel strategy with intersection audiences, sequential retargeting, lookalike targeting and Placed (Foursquare) in-store attribution, while measuring and deduplicating conversions via the Conversion Journey tool. The campaign drove measurable impact: StackAdapt accounted for 80% of on-site conversions, delivered a $4 cost-per-in-store-visit, $14 eCPA, a 0.16% display CTR and 50 seconds average time on site, while significantly increasing site traffic and incremental store visits.
