SunTrust, the financial services company behind the onUp movement that helps consumers manage major financial decisions, needed to drive sign-ups and leads for the program. Working with agency Imagination, SunTrust chose the StackAdapt platform for its intent-based targeting, retargeting capabilities and scale to focus on conversion-driven lead generation.

Imagination used StackAdapt to drive users to an onUp qualifier quiz and then to a signup form, while StackAdapt’s Customer Success team (led by Chris) optimized retargeting and campaign performance. StackAdapt’s solution delivered a 68% reduction in CPA, a 37% click-through rate and more than 6,000 hours of total user time on site, significantly improving sign-up efficiency for SunTrust.
